“Open books / open minds / open hearts”

A saying from the vibrant yellow City Lights Bookstore button I wish I purchased from my visit to San Francisco.

A picture of me taken by a friend in the Poet’s Chair. City Lights Bookstore, 2018.

Books have always given me an immense amount of solace since I was a small version of myself. My book list to-date is equal parts exciting, overwhelming, and ever-growing (like most things, in constant flux)

I shared my top ten reads and re-reads of 2022 on my Instagram, though I thought I’d put them here as well. Feel free to follow on social media and check out the ‘books’ highlight on there and I’ll update here and there. For reference, I mostly read memoirs, non-fiction, and self-help books, though do love the occasional psychological thriller.

I knew who I was this morning, but I’ve changed a few times since then.

Be well and well-come it all.
